The role is a full-time position based in Burleigh heads.The Technical Service Administratorwill play a key role in the following:Answering Service Technical callsAdministration of salesforce technical programCoordinating customer calls and service visitsAssisting Customers with basic service enquiriesAssisting with Salesforce data entry and job allocationService Invoicing in Unleashed / Xero accountingReconciling Parts Returns and RepairsOutbound Calls to schedule Service Technical RunsAssist Service Technical ManagerTravel bookings for the service teamData EntryAssist with outbound calls to engage existing customersAssisting with ARContacting customers with overdue accountsAD Hoc Office DutiesSelection CriteriaReliableand enthusiastic, with a robust commitment to working in a teamExcellent interpersonal skills and communication skillsVery high level of attention to detailAbility to act professionally when dealing with difficult customersA consistent, professional demeanour that is able to handle fluctuations of work paceAccounting program, such asXeroandUnleashedpreferred but not essentialKnowledge of Salesforce(preferred but not essential)Intermediate Microsoft office experienceExcellent understanding of customer needsAttention to detail and ability to follow through on taskMusthave drivers licenseNational Police Check required or able to obtain one
