You will join a supportive, close-knit maintenance team of six in a permanent, long-term position.About the rolePermanent full-time positionMonday to Thursday - 40 ordinary hours per weekFriday overtime may be available for production support and maintenance workOccasional weekend work for projectsWork within a cooperative maintenance team supporting production operationsConvenient Smeaton Grange location, close to Narellan RoadKey responsibilitiesRespond to equipment breakdowns promptly and safelyPerform planned preventive maintenanceComplete daily and weekly equipment inspectionsConduct preventive and reactive maintenance across a range of plant and equipmentIdentify and resolve mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic faultsCommunicate clearly with the Maintenance Manager,



supervisors and senior production personnelWork collaboratively with maintenance and production team membersWork effectively without supervision when requiredMaintain high standards of workmanship, safety and housekeepingAbout youTo be successful in this role, you will have:A relevant trade qualification or extensive experience as a Maintenance FitterPrevious experience in a similar maintenance roleExperience working with pumps, filters and conveyorsStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsThe ability to respond with urgency while maintaining secure work practicesA positive, team-focused attitudeA reliable, motivated and practical approachStrong attention to detail and pride in your workDesirable qualifications and experienceThe following would be advantageous but are not essential:Electrical disconnect/reconnect qualificationWelding and fabrication experienceForklift, EWP, confined-space or working-at-heights certificationExperience operating milling machines and lathesIf you are looking for a stable, long-term role with overtime opportunities and a supportive team environment, we would like to hear from you.
