This is a hands‐on leadership role responsible for driving workshop performance, supporting a skilled technical team, and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.About The RoleAs Workshop Manager, you will oversee daily workshop operations across our Brisbane BMW sites, ensuring vehicles are diagnosed, repaired, and serviced to the highest standard.
You will lead technicians and apprentices, support the Service and Parts teams, and continually improve productivity, quality, and customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and support technicians and apprentices to drive performance, quality, and safety.Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring productive workflow, bay utilisation, and timely completion of repairs.Maintain high standards of workmanship, technical accuracy, and compliance with warranty, WHS, and environmental requirements.Coordinate communication between Service Advisors, Parts,
