What does the job look like?
The Project Coordinator is responsible and accountable for project operational activities and executing plans and initiatives to support the business goals.
Key areas include:
Demonstrates a high level of focus on service delivery and meeting expectations of internal and external stakeholdersCreate and maintain a positive relationship with the client and third partiesAct as a point of contact for managing all project activityCoordinates all aspects of project planning and implementation, including assessing requirements,



setting goals and objectivesEnsure the project structure is aligned with billing processes and practices, to ensure correct revenue is capturedEnsure delivery timelines are met on a consistent basis

Reporting to the Service Manager to manage the daily aspects of project activity and identify project issues and find effective solutions for both the customer and ITS.You can demonstrate:
High level of energy and enthusiasm and commitment to work and the achievement of results.
Motivated and team focused.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skillsExcellent organisational skills, ability to multitask and prioritise workComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentGood problem solving and lateral thinking skillsProcess management, change and project management skillsComprehension of Service Level Agreements with ability to demonstrate service deliverablesReporting and analytical skills
