As we continue to expand our Food & Beverage team, we are seeking passionate hospitality leaders to join our newly refurbished 5-star hotel in Brisbane's CBD and grow their career with an expanding hotel group.

Amora Brisbane is our newest hotel, featuring 296 stylish rooms, 11 function spaces, and four energetic food and beverage outlets.
The Opportunity
As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the daily operations of:
Lobby Bar – Classic cocktails, coffees & casual dining
In-Room Dining – 24-hour room service
Conferences & Events – Spaces for up to 280 guests
You'll lead shifts, support the team, and ensure every guest receives a seamless and memorable experience.
Working closely with the Food and Beverage Manager, you'll help maintain high service standards while fostering a positive, team-first culture.
This is a full‐time role, typically ***** hours per week, paid at $*****/hour, with penalty rates for weekends,



public holidays, and overtime.
You'll be paid for every hour worked, with expected earnings of $74K–$82K p.a.
What You'll Bring
Experience in a supervisory or team leader role (ideally in a 4- or 5-star hotel)
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
Confidence managing service and leading a team
Availability across a rotating 7-day roster (between 6am and 11pm)
A hands‐on approach and a passion for delivering excellent service
