You will have previous experience in an operations role working within the NDIS space and you will be able to follow direction well and adapt to the changing needs of a disability service and an ever changing workplace.Key SkillsExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.Financial acumen and understanding of commercial drivers within NDIS and the aged care space.Meticulous attention to detail.Ability to manage work efficiently and effectively.Leadership skills to build trust, coach, and engage the team.Decision-making skills within the area of responsibility.CriteriaDemonstrated experience in a senior administrative and/or management role.Prior experience working in an NDIS or community services organisationProven track record of successful KPI management.
