This role offers a rewarding opportunity to develop a career in the growing aged care sector while making a genuine difference in the lives of residents.Daily duties:Provide quality care according to the current Resident Care Plan to meet the individuals needs and enhance quality of life.Assist with personal care including showering, grooming, dressing and toiletingSupport residents with mobility, transfers and daily living activitiesAssist with meals,



hydration and nutritional supportAccurately document care provided and report any changes in conditionCommunicate effectively with Registered Nurses and the broader clinical teamPromote a positive and inclusive environment for residents and familiesDesired skills andexperience:At least 1 - 2 years experience as a personal care worker (desirable).
Have Certificate III or Certificate IV in Nursing (desirable).
