Your role
We are looking for our next Administration Support Superstar to join our dynamic Financial Planning team in a full time capacity.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working within a team setting and having a meaningful impact on our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to client queries in a timely and professional manner.
Liaising with third parties, such as fund managers and Centrelink.
Provide high-level administrative support to advisers and the broader financial planning team.
Maintain accurate client records within our CRM system (XPlan).
Using your initiative to improve efficiencies in all areas of administration.
