As a Learning Multimedia Designer, you will play a key role in our Learning & Development Team developing innovative, high-impact learning solutions that leverage our learning technology ecosystem to enable employee high performance.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Learning & Development and People Experience to ensure that our multimedia learning assets are engaging, high quality, and aligned with our brand.This is an exciting opportunity to shape learning experiences that enhance our workforce's knowledge, skills, and performance across Merivale's venues.Learning Multimedia ProductionProduce multimedia learning assets across digital and print formats using a range of design, authoring and AI-enabled tools.Transform approved learning content into engaging, accessible and user-friendly learning resources.Optimise assets for use across Merivale's learning platforms and digital channels.Maintain and update learning assets to ensure they remain accurate, relevant and effective.Quality & Brand GovernanceReview learning assets to ensure they align with Merivale's brand standards,
