Our client is a market-leading LegalTech organisation seeking an experienced Generalist Litigation lawyer to join their specialist Litigation team in Sydney.
This is a unique opportunity to step away from traditional fee-earning practice and apply your legal expertise in a technology-focused role, helping shape innovative software solutions used by Litigation Lawyers across Australia.
Starting salary of $140K-$150K+Super plus benefits - Free Platinum Gym membership Hybrid working and Progression.
The Opportunity
Working closely with Product, Development and Client Success teams, you'll act as a subject matter expert, ensuring software solutions meet the real-world needs of Litigation firms.
This role would suit someone who enjoys problem solving, has a genuine interest in technology and AI, and wants to influence the future of legal practice.
SIGNIFICANT: No previous experience in similar role is required.
All you need is to be a seasoned Litigation lawyer You do not need to be a Tech' whizz at all and will be trained in everything else that you need.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Litigation expertise to product and development teams




Review and test new functionality and product enhancements
Deliver client training, webinars and software demonstrations
Gather client feedback and identify opportunities for product improvement
Develop legal content, precedents and educational resources
Represent the business at industry events, conferences and seminars
About You
To be successful, you'll have:
4+ years' experience as a Litigation lawyer
An interest in legal technology, automation and AI (Not technical knowledge)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
The ability to engage confidently with a range of stakeholders
A collaborative and proactive approach
