Our Hotel Receptionist role is a crucial part of the guest experience at Deco Hotel, located in Braddon, ACT.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for ensuring a warm, friendly and efficient service from arrival to departure.
This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to develop your customer service skills and be part of a dynamic hospitality team.This role requires availability to work evening shifts, weekends, and public holidays.What you'll be doingGreeting guests with a friendly and skilled manner upon arrival and departureEfficiently checking guests in and out, processing payments and handling inquiriesProviding exceptional customer service and addressing any guest concernsAssisting with making reservations, answering phone calls, and responding to email inquiriesMaintaining accurate records and documentationWorking collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure a seamless guest experienceAdhering to all hotel policies and proceduresWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in a customer service or front office role,
