This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who loves retail, thrives on the sales floor, and is ready to step up and make an impact.Working closely with the Store Leader, you'll help lead a motivated, customer-focused team while delivering strong sales results and exceptional showroom standards.The OpportunityAs an Assistant Store Leader, you'll support the day-to-day running of our Auburn showroom.
You'll be actively involved in sales, coaching team members, and ensuring customers receive an outstanding experience from start to finish.This role is ideal for an experienced Assistant Leader who is confident on the floor, KPI-driven, and ready to grow their leadership career in big-ticket retail.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Store Leader in driving sales, KPIs, and store performanceLead by example on the sales floor,
