This is a Two Year Term Contract, with the possibility of becoming an on-going role after contract period has ended.Responsibilities:Lead the production, review and compliance of regulatory reporting, backed by robust internal controlsDesign, implement, and test control frameworks (preventative, detective, and operational effectiveness) across the reporting lifecycleDefine and manage Critical Data Elements (CDEs), data quality metrics, and exception resolution through root-cause analysisEstablish end-to-end data lineage from source systems to outputs to ensure full traceability for audits and reviewsCollaborate with Business and Tech teams to integrate data governance and control requirements into system logic and change initiativesDirect audit engagements, regulatory inquiries,



and submissions by providing explicit process documentation and control evidenceTo be considered, possessing following skills and experience are essential:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related fieldSignificant experience delivering regulatory data or reporting solutions within financial servicesExperience conducting internal control assessments over data and reporting processesStrong data, finance and accounting competency with knowledge and understanding of accounting transactions, data flows, finance systems and financial statement relationshipsProven ability to interpret and analyse large complex data sources with minimal corrections and effective use of analytic techniquesFluent in English and MandarinCandidates with audit experience (internal or external) would be an advantageSQL and/or Python skills to support data validation, lineage analysis, and issue investigation will be highly regardedOnly the candidates with Australian PR, AUS/NZ Citizenship will be considered.
