Come join our TJX family—a Fortune 100 company and the world's leading off-price retailer.Job DescriptionJoin a growing team at TJXTJX Australia is continuing to grow—and so is our Finance team.This is a great opportunity to join our Business Planning & Analysis team during an exciting growth phase.You'll play a key role in how we forecast, plan, and drive business performance, while working closely with senior leaders across the business.About the RoleAs a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll own sales reporting, forecasting, and P&L; planning for the Australian business.You'll partner with teams across Merchandising, Marketing, and Store Operations, providing insights that support both day-to-day trading and long-term strategy.What You'll DoOwn sales forecasting and long-range planning, including financial modelling and scenario analysisDeliver regular sales reporting and provide clear insights on performance and trendsLead budgeting and P&L; consolidation, including variance analysis and recommendationsPrepare performance reporting for leadership and key stakeholdersPartner with Sales,



Marketing, and Merchandising to support decision-makingContribute to business cases and strategic initiativesDrive process improvements, including reporting automation and data accuracyWhat You'll BringExperience in FP&A;, Financial Analysis, or Commercial FinanceStrong skills in forecasting, budgeting, and P&L; analysisAbility to analyse data and turn it into clear insightsStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsRetail, FMCG, or consumer industry experience (preferred)Advanced Excel skills (Power BI experience a bonus)Why Join Us?
