We're committed to achieving strong results and supporting our franchise partners, all while fostering a friendly, inclusive environment that values both our partners and our people.What You'll Be Doing:As a Leasing Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing new sites for the various brand systems, with a focus on negotiating and managing lease renewals, building strong relationships with landlords, agents, franchisees, and internal stakeholders.
You'll play a key part in helping franchisees navigate the leasing process, negotiate favourable terms, and ensure store locations are commercially viable for the long term.
This role requires someone that always puts the customer first,



is organised and can demonstrate strong relationship building and negotiation skills.Key Responsibilities:Explore new opportunities to expand our successful brands through the identification and assessment of retail sites and securing prime locationsStrategically manage the leasing life cycle including pipeline of potential leasesManage the brand system renewal pipelinePromote and foster positive relationships with Franchisee, major shopping centres, Landlords, and internal stakeholdersMake recommendations and prepare an effective leasing business case to managementNegotiate lease and tenancy arrangementsEnsure Franchisees & General Managers are kept up to date with the progress on landlord lease negotiationsLiaise closely with Leasing Executives, Centre Managers and Franchisees regarding occupancy related mattersDrive down the occupancy cost of the existing network of storesComplete weekly, monthly and quarterly management reportsEnsure Franchisees receive best support and communication possible throughout the leasing processWhat we're looking for:2 years experience in Leasing, property, commercial or contract negotiations, or a strong academic interest in Property and leasing.Previous experience of franchising welcomePositive and professional manner, integrity and a willingness to accept responsibilityEnergetic, eager and self-motivated with an ability to juggle multiple tasks to produce quality work output and achieve results within quick turnaround timesOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a positive,
