This is a maternity relief position and should the permanent incumbent require an early return from maternity leave, this contract of employment will cease with two weeks notice.
Maternity relief positions can be for a period of up to 12 months, with the possibility of continued employment for up to a further 12 months for maternity leave reduced hours, therefore there are no claims to permanency.This position offers the chance to contribute meaningfully to the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care for children and their families across a variety of settings, including acute short-stay admissions and outpatient clinics.
Working within a collaborative and multidisciplinary team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting safe and effective clinical care while fostering the development of junior nursing staff.This role is ideally suited to a nurse who is passionate about paediatrics and seeking to expand their expertise within a supportive, flexible, and innovative care environment.
