Become the operational backbone of a growing accounting and advisory practice in Emu Plains, NSW.
This is a hands-on role responsible for client onboarding, ASIC compliance, workflow coordination and practice administration, ensuring our accountants can focus on delivering exceptional advice and service to clients.Stable and growing skilled practiceClose-knit team of 12 professionalsVaried role with genuine responsibility and autonomyModern cloud-based systems and processesDirect access to Directors and involvement in practice operationsWhat you'll be doingAs our Practice Administrator, you'll sit at the operational centre of the practice.
Your core responsibilities include:Taking ownership of critical practice operations including client onboarding, corporate compliance, workflow coordination and administrative systems management.Managing ASIC and corporate secretarial obligations for managed clients (using CAS 360, NowInfinity)Setting up new entities and clients across all practice systems (XPM, FYI Docs, BGL, FuseSign and others)Coordinating end-to-end client onboarding — ensuring everything is in place before accountants commence workMonitoring and managing workflow via XPM with the team and supporting the Director with visibility across deadlines and priorities.Ensuring compliance jobs (tax returns, BAS, financials) are accountant-ready and on scheduleHandling client enquiries professionally via phone, email,

Strong attention to detail, confident communication, and comfort across multiple software platforms are essential.
Experience with ASIC processes, corporate secretarial work, or platforms like XPM, CAS 360, NowInfinity, or BGL will put you ahead of the field.Prior experience within the accounting and taxation services industry is strongly preferred and will be highly regarded.
