They are seeking a commercially astute Account Manager to join their close-knit, growing team.This is a outstanding opportunity to build your account management experience and apply your clinical understanding while working with some of the biggest names in the supplements industry.The Role:You will be responsible for managing and growing an existing portfolio of accounts, working closely across internal production, supply chain, R&D;,



NPD and QA/QC teams to deliver for clients and grow these accounts.This is a relationship-driven, cross-functional role, where you will guide clients through their account development while liaising daily with internal stakeholders.Key responsibilities include:Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio, developing accounts furtherBuild strong client relationships, understanding needs and guiding tailored solutionsWork cross-functionally with production, supply chain, R&D;, NPD and QA/QC to deliver on client requirementsContribute to sales forecasting and reportingAct as a key point of contact for day-to-day client communicationsYour Skills & Experience:1–2 years' sales/ account management experience, ideally within contract manufacturing, complementary medicines or supplementsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external clientsGenuine passion for the industry and eagerness to learnAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentBachelors in commercial or healthcare related degree
