The Y Queensland stand together with all people regardless of age, gender, ethnicity or belief.About the roleWe are seeking a capable and motivated Assistant Coordinator to join our team at YMCA Churchill Outside School Hours Care on a permanent part time basis.
You'll play a key role in supporting the Coordinator with day-to-day operations, lead programming, and help guide a passionate team in delivering protected, fun, and enriching care for children.Why work with us?

schools and the local communityWhat you'll bringA Diploma in Children's Services or related ECEC or Teaching qualification (or studying towards)Demonstrated experience in children's programming and administrationStrong communication and customer service skillsA valid Paid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)Current First Aid & CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)A commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all childrenFamiliarity with the National Quality FrameworkAbout YMCA OSHCThe YMCA provides Outside School Hours Care services to 60 school communities across South East Queensland.
