We're looking for caring, positive, and reliable Support Workers to join our team in Helensvale, Queensland and help make a real difference in the lives of young people, people living with disability, and older members of our community.
This is a casual position that offers flexible work opportunities and the chance to build meaningful relationships while supporting individuals to live their best lives.
What You'll Be Doing
Every day is different, but your role will be all about helping people feel empowered, supported, and connected.
You may assist participants with:
Daily living tasks
Preparing meals and maintaining a tidy home workplace
Attending appointments and community activities
Developing life skills and independence
Social and recreational outings
Building confidence and achieving personal goals
Providing encouragement, companionship, and emotional support
Most importantly, you'll be helping people feel valued, respected, and included in their community.

Essential Requirements
To join our team, you'll need:
Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
Valid Australian Driver's Licence
Reliable and fully insured vehicle
Smartphone with internet access
Bonus Points If You Have
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Community Services, Disability, Youth Work, Mental Health, or similar
Minimum 12 months experience supporting young people, people with disabilities, or aged care clients
Knowledge of trauma-informed care and positive behaviour support
Medication administration and manual handling experience
