In this hands-on role,



you will be responsible for operating a range of heavy machinery to support the effective processing and movement of recyclable materials.ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain heavy equipment, with primary focus on front-end loaderoperationsPerform daily pre-start checks and routine inspections to ensure plant and equipment are safe and operationalWork collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and quality standardsFollow all site safety procedures, policies, and regulatory guidelinesWhat we're looking forProven experience operating front-end loaders in a waste management or similar environment.Solid understanding of waste management, resource recovery operations, and materials processing.Demonstrated ability to work safely and efficiently under minimal supervision.Robust communication and teamwork skills.A commitment to workplace health, safety, and environmental standards.Relevant operator tickets and licences.Note: We promote a safe work culture; therefore, we have a process of reference checking and pre-employment medicals, including a drug and alcohol screen for the successful applicant.We appreciate the time it takes to submit a job application, and we thank you for your interest in working at Benedict.
