We're a small, owner-led team and we're looking for an experienced Property Manager to join us on a part time basis.This is a role for someone who takes real pride in doing property management properly: a defined portfolio, well-documented systems, and the autonomy to manage your own workload without a call-centre structure behind you.About the RoleA hands-on role covering both property management and caretaking across our managed sites, supported by an established team and transparent, well-documented processes rather than ad hoc systems.Day to day, you'll manage tenancies, conduct inspections, coordinate maintenance, handle arrears, and communicate with owners, NO trust accounting.
