We're seeking a Maintenance IT Officer to join our team, supporting IT operations across the business (onsite & field support).
This is a hands‐on, varied role suited to someone who enjoys being on the tools, troubleshooting issues, and working in a fast‐paced, operational environment.About Us:Stanbroke is a reputable family‐owned and operated Australian cattle and beef business.
Our operations span Northern Queensland with extensive cattle properties, backgrounding operations in Southern Queensland, state‐of‐the‐art feedlots, a fully accredited beef processing facility, and global marketing capabilities.
We produce a full range of Grain and Grass‐fed beef categories and export to over 40 countries worldwide.Your Role:Working closely with internal teams across multiple sites, you'll provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support, maintain critical infrastructure, and ensure day‐to‐day technology systems operate reliably.
No two days are the same, and you'll play a key role in keeping our operations connected and running smoothly.What You'll Be Doing:Provide Level 1 and Level 2 onsite and remote IT support across the businessTroubleshoot network connectivity and resolve hardware and device issuesInstall, maintain and support IT infrastructure including CCTV,



cabling and phone systemsDeploy and configure user devices, accounts and system accessSupport business applications, reporting and operational labelling systemsManage service requests and incidents through the ticketing systemWho We're Looking For:Previous experience in a hands‐on IT support, maintenance, or service desk roleStrong troubleshooting skills across hardware, networking, and softwareExperience supporting Windows environments and business applicationsComfortable working independently across sites and responding to operational needsWell organised, with strong attention to detail and documentation skillsA practical, proactive approach with a strong customer service mindsetAble to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast‐paced environmentWhy Join Us?
