As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, compassionate care to our patients.What you'll be doingAssisting general practitioners in the delivery of clinical care to patientsConducting health assessments, administering vaccinations, and managing chronic conditionsCoordinating and implementing health promotion and disease prevention programsProviding patient education and support, ensuring they understand their treatment plansMaintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical documentationCollaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient careAdhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and qualified standards of practiceWhat we're looking forRegistered Nurse (RN)
