Suitable candidate will be self-motivated, adaptive and enthusiastic who is willing to learn and add value to our growing business.Job dutiesReview and understand the assigned schedule.Oversee the production and scheduling.Supervise a team of 20 workers within the factory environmentPrepare and complete the require paperwork necessary by the businessMove material between workstations to ensure continuity of workflowDrive and motivate work teams to maximise productivityMaintain secure work practices (OHS) whilst maintaining productivity goals.Display strong communication skills back to the production manager,



as required.Provide input and assistance for production schedulingResponsible for ensuring quality checks and control processes are followedThe successful candidate will possess the following skills:Proven experience in supervising small factory teamsProven experience in the manufacturing industryHigh attention to detail - an eye for qualitySome Experience in quality systems, standards will be advantageousWilling to learn and self-motivatedExperience in automatic spray coating is desirableUnderstanding of 2 pack paint system - Highly desiredMUST have valid Visa to work in AustraliaForklift license and driver license (must)We are offering the successful candidate competitive Hourly rate reflective of their experience.
