and candidate managementCoordinating workforce accommodation and site logisticsAssisting with payroll processes and HR administrationMaintaining employee records, reporting, and HR documentationProviding guidance to supervisors and employees on HR policies and proceduresSupporting workforce reporting and data management internal systemsContributing to HR initiatives and site‐based workforce projectsAbout you:You are a proactive HR professional who enjoys working closely with operational teams and being embedded within a site environment.You will bring:Experience in a HR in an operational environmentExposure to generalist HR functions including recruitment and workforce administrationStrong organisational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environmentExperience with HRIS systems and processesA practical, solutions‐focused approach with strong initiative
