You will lead all bar operations, inspiring and developing a high-performing team while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Working alongside passionate professionals, you will champion a brand renowned for its excellence, authenticity, and innovation, ensuring every guest interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding service, premium beverages, and memorable moments.
.A little taste of your day-to-dayOversee the day-to-day operation of the bar, ensuring service standards, presentation, compliance and guest satisfaction are consistently achieved.Manage rostering, labour costs, payroll and staffing levels to support operational requirements and financial targets.Monitor beverage quality, inventory,



stock control and purchasing processes to maximise profitability and minimise wastage.Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues in line with company standards.Drive sales through product knowledge, upselling initiatives, promotions, events and beverage programs.Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, liquor licensing and company policies.Analyse operational and financial performance, identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.Lead, develop and motivate a high-performing team through recruitment, onboarding, coaching, training and performance management.Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes engagement, recognition, career development and teamwork.What we need from youYou must have a valid and unrestricted visa to work in Australia (sponsorship is not available for this role)Previous experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant & Bars related position in a supervisory/management capacityWSET qualification (or equivalent wine and beverage certification) preferred, with a strong passion for wine, spirits and beverage education.Qualifications in Hotel Management and/or Food & Beverage related field preferredExcellent interpersonal skills.
