We're recruiting Law Clerks across all four of our offices.

From your first day you'll be part of the team, learning how specialist family law matters progress from initial enquiry through to negotiated settlement, mediation and court, while working alongside experienced family lawyers who are invested in your success.

What You'll Be Doing
Prepare court and mediation bundles, exhibits and document packs.
Draft and format legal documents and correspondence using firm precedents.
Assist lawyers with matter preparation across parenting, property and financial matters.
Coordinate court dates, appointments and matter deadlines with the legal team.
Support client enquiries and assist with client onboarding.
Assist with conflict checks, matter setup and file management through Smokeball.
Observe client meetings, mediations and court events as part of your career development.
Learn how specialist family law matters progress from intake through to resolution.
What We're Looking For
Is currently studying Law (1st 2nd 3rd year students)
Has a genuine interest in building a career in family law.
Is organised, reliable and enjoys working in a structured environment.
Has exceptional presentation and attention to detail.
Communicates professionally with warmth, empathy and confidence.
Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
Is curious, proactive and committed to continual learning.
Wants to build a long-term career rather than simply gain legal work experience.
No previous family law experience is required.
