feeding, and hydrationHelping clients with dressing and maintaining their personal appearanceOffering companionship and emotional support to promote client wellbeingPerforming light housekeeping tasks including making beds, doing laundry, and maintaining a clean and secure environmentObserving and reporting any changes in clients' health or behaviorEngaging clients in meaningful social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional wellbeingCollaborating with nurses and allied health professionals to ensure quality careWhat We're Looking ForPersonal Care WorkerCertificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability) or equivalentA valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicleA current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain oneMust have work rights in AustraliaA genuine passion for helping others and pride in delivering high‐quality personal care services.Reliability, strong attention to detail, and a solid work ethicA desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our veteran clientsPrevious experience in personal care or aged care (preferred but not essential)Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a teamIf you're a caring, capable Personal Care Worker looking to make a real impact in the lives of veterans, we'd love to hear from you.
