In addition, three retail outlets make up the overall Palmwoods Hotel business.We are looking for someone to fill the position of Bistro Manager at the Palmwoods Hotel.The successful applicant will need to demonstrate:A minimum 1 years experience as a Manager in a busy hotel bistro or restaurantProven success in hospitality managementOutstanding standards of customer service with a bright and friendly personality.Good presentation and attention to detailThe ability to work within a team environment and be able to work without supervisionAbility to professionally supervise,



train and direct staffLove of and knowledge of food and wineAble to work in a team environment with a cool head under pressureGreat communication skills with customers and other staffgreat ideas to help grow our Bistro Food and Bar businessFunctions experience would be an advantageRSA and RSGFlexibility to work split shifts and cover any hour of the day, any day of the week in particular Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and public holidays.You must be able to maintain good customer service and give them an unforgettable experience.
