This is a role with a well-established international IT managed services and NetSuite consultancy with over 20 years of success across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.
We're looking for an experienced NetSuite IT & Systems Integration Specialist to become the trusted technology advisor for a key client, working directly with the CEO and leadership team to optimise systems, improve business processes, and deliver scalable technology solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
Administer, configure, and optimise NetSuite
Integrate NetSuite with HubSpot, Microsoft 365, and other business systems
Design and implement automations and system improvements
Conduct system audits and recommend technology solutions
Present technical recommendations to senior stakeholders
Build scalable integrations and best-practice solutions for future clients
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years' NetSuite Administration, Configuration, or Integration experience
- Robust HubSpot and Microsoft 365 knowledge




- Systems integration and business process improvement experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable working directly with CEOs and executive teams
Highly Regarded
- AI and business process automation
- Employment Hero, Smartsheet, AroFlo, or data migration experience
