If you're passionate about delivering outstanding workmanship, maintaining strong relationships with trades and clients, and taking pride in every project, we'd love to hear from you.About the RoleAs a Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing multiple custom home builds from site commencement through to handover.
You'll ensure every project is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise the day-to-day construction of custom residential homes.Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site activities.Maintain construction schedules and ensure project milestones are achieved.Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure workmanship meets company standards.Enforce site safety and ensure compliance with WHS regulations.Liaise professionally with clients, trades, suppliers, and the office team.Resolve on-site issues efficiently while maintaining project momentum.Complete site documentation, inspections,
