Central Lane Hotel is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to work with the Head Chef in a fast-paced, well-structured kitchen where quality, consistency, and culture matter just as much as the food.As Sous Chef, you'll help run the day-to-day, delivering reliable, high-quality pub food while supporting a positive, calm service setting and mentoring junior chefs.
You'll manage stock and kitchen procedures, ensuring standards during busy periods, with a strong focus on teamwork.
