This role will expose you to every stage of the deal process, providing valuable insight into the commercial property market while developing the technical and commercial skills required to become a successful agent.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market research and analyse industrial property dataPrepare client reports, submissions and property recommendationsAssist with appraisals, financial modelling and property analysisSupport sales and leasing campaigns from listing through to settlementMaintain CRM systems and client databasesCoordinate marketing campaigns and property documentationMonitor market trends,



transactions and industry activitySupport senior agents with day-to-day transaction managementAbout YouHighly regarded: Recently completed or currently completing a degree in Property Economics, Property Studies, Commerce, Business or a related disciplineStrong analytical and numerical skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organisational abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAmbitious, driven and eager to build a career in commercial propertyProfessional, confident and willing to learnInterest in commercial real estate marketsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environmentPrevious commercial property experience is not essential.
