Midwifery Group Practices a continuity of care model where patient care is provided by a small team of dedicated midwives who partner with women to support their entire pregnancy, birth and postnatal journey.
Patients participating in this care model have a primary midwife who they see for the majority of their care.To be a Registered Midwife in the MGP you will share the view that pregnancy and childbirth is a normal, natural life event and the dedicated care you provide reflects this philosophy.As a registered midwife within MGP, you will be responsible for:Delivering safe, high quality, person centred care in line with professional standards, policies and evidence based practiceAssessing patient needs and developing, implementing and evaluating plans of care, adapting practice to suit a rural health environmentCollaborating and partnering closely with a multidisciplinary team to support holistic,
