Vitali Care is seeking experienced Support Workers to assist adults with complex disability supports in SIL settings and community environments across Beenleigh, Browns Plains, Logan Reserve and Greenbank areas.You will provide companionship, social engagement, and daily living support, including complex personal care, documentation of progress, and collaboration with healthcare providers.
A roster operates on a 24/7 cycle; meals preparation may be required.
