My Goal Disability Services is seeking reliable and professional Disability Support Workers to join our Supported Independent Living (SIL) teams.We have casual opportunities available across our Supported Independent Living services, with regular shifts available for the right candidates.
Employees who consistently demonstrate reliability, professionalism and strong performance may have the opportunity to transition to a permanent part-time position as opportunities arise.In this role, you'll support adult participants with daily living, personal care, community access, medication assistance, behaviour support and overnight sleepovers, helping them live safely and independently in their own homes.Why Join My Goal?
