workflow and daily operational performanceSupporting the team to achieve productivity, sales and CSI targetsMeeting and greeting guests professionally and ensuring their service journey exceeds expectationsManaging guest enquiries, concerns and warranty matters efficiently and professionallyResolving customer complaints with a focus on positive outcomesLiaising closely with Technicians to ensure clear communication regarding vehicle concerns and repair requirementsAssisting with service retention initiatives and departmental process improvementsLeading by example and fostering a positive, customer-focused cultureWhat We're Looking ForTo succeed in this role, you'll be an energetic leader with a passion for customer service and a strong understanding of dealership service operations.Essential skills and experiencePrevious experience as a Senior Service Advisor, Assistant Service Manager or similar leadership role within a dealership environmentStrong leadership capability with the ability to motivate and develop a teamExceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbalProven ability to manage difficult customer situations and resolve issues effectivelyStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailCommercial awareness and the ability to contribute to department performance and profitabilityAbility to thrive in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining a high standard of serviceCurrent manual driver's licenceHighly regardedMitsubishi dealership experience (or experience with a volume automotive brand)Why This RoleThis is an outstanding opportunity to join a market-leading dealership, work with a globally recognised brand, and build a long-term career with a company that values and rewards its people.
