Your work centres on driving sales performance, elevating the customer experience, and ensuring the store is a welcoming, well‐run environment.
With support from the Area Manager, you'll analyse sales trends, drive business strategies, and champion Red Cross values through exceptional service and community engagement.You'll also play a pivotal role in building, coaching and inspiring a diverse team of staff and volunteers.
From fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture to ensuring operational excellence across merchandising, donation flow, compliance and workforce development, you'll create a space where people feel supported, customers feel valued, and the shop thrives as a positive presence in the local community.What you will bringProven ability to drive revenue and meet financial targetsExperience coaching,
