You'll enjoy the autonomy of working in the field while providing exceptional service to customers across your region.Carrying out scheduled servicing, preventative maintenance and safety inspectionsDiagnosing faults and performing repairs on a range of material handling equipmentResponding promptly to customer breakdowns to minimise downtimeCompleting planned and reactive maintenance to maximise equipment performanceMaintaining your fully equipped service vehicle and accurate service documentationSpending approximately *****% of your time on the road, with the remainder in the workshopAbout youWe're looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes pride in their workmanship and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.Previous experience as a Field Service Technician or in a similar mechanical roleOR a Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology with a desire to transition into field serviceStrong diagnostic, fault-finding and mechanical repair skillsThe ability to work independently and manage your own dayExcellent communication and customer service skillsA positive attitude and a genuine desire to build a long-term careerTo be considered, you must be willing to complete a pre-employment medical.
