You will play a key role in overseeing all aspects of daily operations of the food and beverage offering, delivering memorable guest experiences, leading service excellence, and developing our people.Lead front-of-house food & beverage operations, delivering friendly, professional serviceManage restaurant and bar teams, planning daily activitiesManage guest issues and support emergency response proceduresEnsure explicit communication through service logs and cross-department collaborationDrive performance against budgets, service standards, and customer satisfaction targetsSupport team training, inductions, and compliance with food safety, safe work and hygiene standardsManage inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and implement cost control measures to optimise profitability while maintaining qualityDemonstrate strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentRepresent the restaurant professionally and build lasting relationships with customers, staff,
