Renowned for exceptional hospitality, premium sparkling wines, and unforgettable celebrations, we're proud to host weddings and special events in one of Australia's most picturesque wine regions.Our award-winning restaurant operates seven days a week for breakfast and lunch, while our evenings are dedicated to creating memorable wedding receptions, corporate events and private functions.With an exciting calendar of weddings and events ahead, we're looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants to join our close-knit Weddings & Functions team.About the RoleWorking primarily afternoon and evening shifts, you'll play an important part in delivering an exceptional guest experience.Your responsibilities will include:Providing friendly and professional food and beverage serviceAssisting with bar service (RSA required)Setting up and packing down event spacesClearing tables and maintaining presentation throughout eventsAssisting with general event operations to ensure functions run smoothlyCompleting manual handling tasks, including moving tables,



chairs and beverage stockAbout YouWe're looking for people who are reliable, energetic and genuinely enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests.To be successful, you'll have:A positive, friendly and professional attitudeExcellent communication and customer service skillsA current RSA certificateAn understanding of Workplace Health & Safety practicesA current driver's licence and reliable transportThe ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as requiredA willingness to work as part of a supportive teamHospitality experience is welcomed but not essential.
