The Guest Services All-Rounder is the ultimate role that allows you to gain exposure to all operational aspects of our amazing properties and sets you up for a career in Hospitality and Tourism.This is a unique position that allows you to work across Reception, Housekeeping, Guest Activities and Food and Beverage.
With development opportunities locally and across Australia, this role is the perfect next step for someone looking to build the foundation of a career in general or property management.This is a Part Time position with a minimum of 25 hours per week.ResponsibilitiesReception- Welcoming guests to the property and ensuring their check in process is seamless whilst ensuring all accounts and documentation is recorded accuratelyGuest Activities- Create, promote and plan guest activities including social events and activities to ensure our guests stay engaged and entertainedHousekeeping- Ensure the property and guest rooms are maintained to the highest standards.




This includes ensuring laundry and managing any maintenance or safety issues are managed efficientlyFood & Beverage- Maintaining food hygiene and compliance remains of the highest standards.
