Dreamworld is on the hunt for passionate Guest Services superstars to join our team for the upcoming peak holiday periods.
You will be the friendly face that welcomes guests and helps create unforgettable experiences from the moment they arrive.What you will be doing:Engage with guests upon arrival in a friendly, welcoming, and skilled mannerFacilitate guest entry at the front gate to Dreamworld and WhiteWater WorldProcess a variety of ticket types and productsEnsure fast and efficient entry into our parksEnhance the guest experience through exceptional customer serviceActively approach and support guests who may need assistance, sharing information on products, promotions, discounts, and servicesWhat we are looking for:Excellent communication, customer service, and guest engagement skillsConfident working under pressure during busy periods and handling difficult conversations professionallyStrong computer and data entry skills, with experience in cash handling and EFTPOSA team player with initiative, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environmentHigh standards of grooming, presentation, and professionalismPhysically fit and capable of manual handling and physically demanding tasksMust have availability to work weekends, school holidays,
