That's where you come in.We're on the hunt for an energetic, highly organised, and customer-focused Service Coordinator to become a key player in our fast-moving operations team.Why This Role MattersAs a Service Coordinator, you'll be the hub of our service operations – scheduling and coordinating our skilled field technicians and trusted subcontractors.
You'll be the voice our clients hear, the organiser behind the scenes, and the problem-solver who keeps everything on track.
Your ability to juggle priorities and build strong relationships will directly shape the customer experience – and their confidence in us.What You'll Be DoingBe the first point of contact for inbound calls and emails – keeping communication clear, professional, and friendlyCreate and manage work orders, from initial request to final completionSchedule and dispatch Ultimate Security technicians and subcontractors with precisionKeep customers in the loop on job progress and outcomesMaintain service records, customer portals, and related documentationProcess invoices, approve subcontractor payments, and handle credit card transactionsRespond to enquiries, resolve service issues,
