About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Supervisor to lead the daily operations at our Cloverleaf Café & Bar venue at Mt Isa Airport and to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
As a leader and problem solver, you will guide and support our diverse and friendly team, empowering them to reach their full potential.

What skills and experience are we looking for?
Previous leadership experience in a shift supervisor or team leader position for a minimum of 1 year
Available to work Monday to Friday 30+ hours per week
Background in food handling
Proven accountability for a team of 5 -10 employees
1+ years working in quick-service restaurants
