This is a hands-on leadership role, combining clinical expertise with team leadership, quality oversight, and service development.You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient workflow management, and the safe, effective use of CT equipment, while supporting the ongoing growth and optimisation of CT services across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading and coordinating CT operations across sites, ensuring high-quality imaging, workflow efficiency, and service deliverySupervising and supporting the CT team, including performance reviews,



and ongoing developmentMaintaining clinical excellence by ensuring evidence-based protocol development, correct scanning techniques, quality control procedures, and accurate documentationActing as a key point of contact for operational issues, including after-hours support and equipment troubleshootingCollaborating with Radiologists, technical teams, and stakeholders to support service delivery and continuous improvementDriving quality initiatives, audits, and compliance with regulatory and company standardsSupporting the growth of CT services, including input into new site planning, equipment selection, and technology advancementsTo be a valued member of our Apex Radiology Leadership TeamAbout YouBachelor of Medical Imaging or equivalent (minimum of 10 years of industry experience and minimum of 5 years CT experience)Current AHPRA registrationWestern Australian Radiation Use Licence (or eligibility)Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage, support, and develop high-performing teamsStrong clinical knowledge with a commitment to quality, safety, and patient careExcellent communication and interpersonal skills,
