You'll take on a hands-on position covering business services and tax advisory across a genuinely varied client base, spanning multiple industries and entity structures.
There's also a mentoring element to the role, helping junior team members build their skills and confidence.
Key responsibilities
Managing your own client portfolio from end to end
Reviewing financial statements and tax returns across all entity types
Delivering tax planning and business advisory work tailored to client circumstances
Handling complex technical matters, including Div 7A, CGT and FBT
Spotting advisory opportunities and helping grow the firm through referrals and cross-service work
Assisting partners with workflow oversight and complex client engagements

ABOUT YOU:
2+ years' experience in an Australian public practice firm, with solid communication and leadership skills for client and team interaction
Strong technical grounding across business services and tax
CA/CPA qualified or close to finishing
Driven, proactive, and genuinely keen to grow professionally
