Dedes Waterfront Group is looking for a Head Chef for Deckhouse located in a waterfront venue on Sydney Harbour in Woolwich/ Hunter's HillDeckhouse operates as a cafe for breakfast and lunch 7 days, and for bespoke events in the evening.JOB DESCRIPTIONWe require a hands on Head Chefwith a strong work ethic, team focused attitude, leadership qualities as well as the ability to work with themanagement team.The ideal candidate would have strong leadership and organisational skills, great communication with experience in events and restaurant service with ability to lead a busy service, style and execute stunning large format platters/stationsWeddings, Christenings, social occasions and bespoke events generally ranging from ******pax.
Seated, canape, corporateCafe dining of up to 150pax.Must be available to work a varied roster to include weekends and nights.Manage all aspects of the kitchen including the menu, team, kitchen, ordering,
