We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience managing operational performance, maintenance, and compliance of building services within a commercial asset.As Facilities Manager, you will oversee the daily operations, presentation, and maintenance of the asset, ensuring all financial and statutory requirements are met.
You will play a key role in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and the delivery of projects that support a safe and creative culture.

and the ability to drive high standards of customer service and safety.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Manage daily operations, maintenance, and presentation of the assetBuild strong relationships with stakeholders and deliver exceptional customer serviceMonitor and ensure compliance with statutory, HSE, and risk management requirementsOversee contractor performance and manage service contractsSupport budget preparation, forecasting, and financial managementLead and develop team members to drive engagement and performanceThe ideal candidate will have:5+ years' experience in facilities management within commercial propertyStrong knowledge of Australian Standards, NCC, HSE, and risk managementTechnical competency with BMCS systems and asset management softwareExcellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to lead teams and manage competing priorities
